How Crown was built.

Crown Facilities was founded with a single conviction: that complex buildings perform best under a single, accountable operator equipped with engineering depth, mature processes and clear data. From a first mandate in London, the business has grown into an international operator across the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Greece and Georgia — serving owners and investors of complex commercial, residential, hospitality and institutional real estate.

Our growth has been deliberate. We open in new markets only when we can recruit senior local leadership that meets our group operating standard, and only when we can deploy our full technology and reporting infrastructure on day one. Every Crown office operates against the same procedures, the same KPIs and the same monthly reporting cadence — anywhere in the world.
